Is it actually free to list a league?
Yes. Listing a league, opening registration, and accepting team applications are free, forever. Organizers can optionally subscribe to PRO for extra features and to support the platform — but it’s never required.
Can teams apply directly through the league page?
Yes — teams hit "Apply" on your league page and the request lands in your dashboard. You approve or decline, and they’re in.
What about draft leagues?
Some leagues build teams from a player pool instead of accepting full rosters. On a draft league, players sign up individually as free agents and the organizer drafts the teams. Both formats are first-class on BeerLeague.net — pick the one that fits your league.
What if my league is invite-only?
Toggle Invite-only and your league still appears in search, but applications are gated. Teams can express interest and you decide who gets in.
How are leagues verified?
The verified check on a league means the league is on BeerLeague.net PRO. PRO supports the platform and unlocks extra features for the league and its organizer.
